A family of four, who assaulted an usher at a Los Angeles Dodgers game, was promptly held until police could arrive. They then sued the team for “false imprisonment and battery”.

Dangerous Pop-Tarts!

A woman in Pennsylvania put a Pop-Tart in her toaster, forgot about it, and drove her children to school. Upon her return, she found firefighters battling a fire caused by her irresponsibility. ‘Not her fault’ she claims! She promply sued the makers of Pop-Tarts, Kelloggs, for $10,000 in damages.

Police chief sued over saying “woman”

An assistant police chief at the Dallas Police Department has filed a claim against the interim police chief. She claims that she has been insulted by him calling her “woman” and demands retribution. She has called the EEOC, an organization that enforces federal laws relating to job discrimination, to help her.
