Kinda reminds me about the politicians you could hear Glenn Beck rant about. He kept showing these video and sound clips that said that these guys wanted to give legal rights to animals, so then animals, or lawyers acting on their behalf, could sue anyone.

Really, someone sued a DOG.She probly didn’t think to hard about this case, because you would sue someone to get money that they “owe” you, and how the heck did she expect a DOG to PAY HER?The poor thing dosn’t even know that it did something wrong.

Two things:

1. The saddest part of this story is that she COULD have had a case, if she had just sued the dog’s OWNER, not the DOG!
2. You can be fined for filing a frivolous lawsuit in Michigan? Why don’t we have that in every state?

Roo that was actually a soldier from Saudi Arabia back in the early 80’s that did that. It happened up around Great Lakes Naval Base. My dad was the one that had to go pick the guy up from the scene of the accident. But in this case the woman was a complete moron. Police dogs only attack when ordered to. So what crime was she commiting that ended with her butt being bit?

man if that dog bit me on my ass I would have kill that dog/shot it. And I would sue for 4 million dollars just because the police dog attack me. I mean if a police dog with no cop supervising it was attacking you would you kill the dog you self and sue the police department for millions of dollars just for attacking a innocent person? think about it would’nt you do the same thing?
