A sticky situation

Bob Dougherty, a Colorado resident, is suing the giant retailer Home Depot for supposedly being glued to a toilet seat. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has reported that he made a similar claim in 1976, of which he plead guilty to filing a false claim. The Director of Operations in the former store says that he had inspected the seat and found no indication of glue on it. Nonetheless, Dougherty is seeking $3 million in damages.
