You’ve got to admire the simplicity and genius of an idea behind YouTube. It not only allows anyone with a camera, an Internet connection and a dream to post their visions to the entire universe, but it also makes it easier for big time corporations to sue the little guys.

The folks behind the A&P stores have done just that. According to the the Courier-News in Bridgewater, N.J., two brothers are getting sued by A&P’s corporate owner because of a rap video they made in the store.

The two brothers are former employees of the store. They are being sued for $1 million. OK, A&P, they go to college and you just fired them. What makes you think they have ANY money? If they can pay in $1 million worth of beer and porno, maybe you have a chance of getting your money.

The company claims they have only received one complaint from a disgruntled customer who saw the video and they claim they have been defiled because of the video. The funny part is that because of the lawsuit, the boys’ rap video have gotten an insane amount of hits. And rightfully so because the video is hee-larious. Let’s face it, there’s nothing funnier than two New Jersey white boys trying to rap.
