A police officer was kind enough to not arrest a woman who was extremely intoxicated. What does she do? She sues him! She admitted that she didn’t even remember most of the events of the previous night, so it is possible she never even ran into a policeman in the first place. The case was dismissed from a lower court and the appeals court.
Arrest me!
