More legal sports news today that will make the fans cry, their cheerleaders faint and their mascot commit suicide at the drop of the gravel. This time, it’s in Seattle. Yeah, I know, who cares? I might as well be talking about the Australian cricket league.
Two fans of the Seattle Sonics are suing the team’s new owners for lying about moving the team to another city.
Seattlities are complaining about losing their basketball team? They shouldn’t be sending the owners a lawsuit. They should be sending them a thank you card.
The suit was filed on behalf of all the season ticket holders because we all know those season ticket holders are hurting for cash.
The owner could not be reached for comment because they were trapped under a pile of cash.
