Where would be without cheerleading? Well, we wouldn’t have teenage high school cliques. We wouldn’t have low self-esteem in women everywhere. We wouldn’t have a reason to watch major league football. More importantly, we wouldn’t have stupid lawsuits like this.
According to the Victoria Advocate, a family is suing a Texas school district because their daughter didn’t make the cheerleading squad.
The family claims an exception was made to allow nine girls on the squad instead of eight, leaving their daughter without a place to rah. The school claims they made a mistake and could only allow eight without tryouts. Barbie was right. Math IS hard.
The school district claims the odd girl out wasn’t allowed on the squad but it was believed she dropped out of the tryouts. The superintendent said he received a note during lunch telling him so, also a note that said Billy Tyler has cooties.
The family did not accept the district’s explanation and now claims they have no choice but to sue the school district and spread a rumor that the superintendent stuffs his bra.

Man, (no offence) She should just do what every other skanky rich families daughter does when she wants something that can’t be bought, sleep with the -person in question-. (at least THAT charge would get him fired)
