		<description>I would imagine that to house that many deceased animals, some sort of sanitation documentation has to be obtained.  Wouldn&#039;t you be pissed if your next door neighbor had 100 some odd dead frozen animals and the power went out for a day or two.  I guess everybody in the neighborhood knows where all the missing kitties are now also.</description>
