First of all, if I did what the kid in this story did at my Catholic elementary school, I would have had said exposed part beaten off of me by a nun with a spiked ruler handed down to her by God Almighty. Those of you who are turned on right now can kill yourselves.
TAMPA BAY, Fla. (St. Petersburg Times) - The family of Taylor Tillung, the Pinellas high school senior who mooned a teacher in February, is suing the School Board to get his punishment reduced.
A student at Palm Harbor University High when the incident occurred, Taylor was suspended for six days and reassigned to Clearwater High for the rest of the school year.
According to the story, he claims the punishment prevented him from graduating with his class, participating in senior activities and finishing his season with the varisty baseball team. If only the school district had offered a mooning class, we could have avoided all this.
He also said missing the last season of his high school career prevented him from scoring a spot on his college baseball team where he planned to moon his coach and the opposing team.
The suit against the district claims administrators did not follow the proper code of conduct when disciplined the boy and said it was a “childish joke.” So explain again what the punchline was?

People please. If he’s a senior in high school, he’s suppose to be getting ready to go to college and face the real world. Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor and punished by fines. He’s lucky a 6 day suspension and relocation to another school district is all he got. It could have been worse.
