According to many sources, frivolous prisoner lawsuits are overburdening the legal system. It is no surprise as these people have nothing else to think about during the day! One example of this is in Michigan where an inmate blamed the state for serving food that gave him gas and sued them for it!

That’s because the other inmates where trying to sue him over the smell.
