An attorney has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a Florida teen who jumped off a six story building. The teen was attemting to jump from said building onto another, 2 and a half feet away, when he missed, fell to the ground, and was knocked unconcious. The lawyer claims that the fence around the building was too short and incapable of stopping someone from “deliberately” making the jump.
