Two Russian immigrants have filed suit against Penthouse because they claim they were ‘deceived’ by the magazine. They both bought a copy of Penthouse magazine for $8.99 each and were distressed that the naked woman in the magazine was not Anna Kournikova, who it was purported to be.
I want my $8.99 back!
