Our favorite suit happy prisoner is back behind the plantiff’s desk and this time, he’s turned his tort of terror against another celebrity defendant.
According to the Associated Press, Jonathan Lee Riches, a federal prisoner in South Carolina, has filed a lawsuit against Martha Stewart.
He’s done this before against Michael Vick and Barry Bonds and he’s failed more miserably than Michael Vick or Barry Bonds at trying to convince people they didn’t do anything wrong. But I’ve got a good feeling about this one. Oh wait, that’s just gas.
This time, he claims he suffered emotional and physical distress from a land development deal and is seeking $3.5 million to ease his pain. Geez, did she try to make him eat the land he bought?
He also claimed he would donate his winnings to Rachel Ray to pay for surgery that will prevent her from smiling so much.

this is great can anyone post his actual pro se arguement to the court (if you have never read them they are funny as hell)
