Isn’t food supposed to be hot?

A man in Florida is suing a local steakhouse for apparently serving his potato too hot and “burning his esophogus”. He is seeking at least $10,000 in medical bills plus damages.

    How fast was he eating that his lips, mouth and tounge didn’t notice?

    Are they going to have to put a warning next to the ‘*undercooked meat’ notice?
