A deranged worker of a nanufacturing plant in Missouri engaged in a shooting spree killing three co-workers and wounding five more before he killed himself. A sad incident, but was it over there? Not so fast, his mother is now seeking worker’s compensation because he was on the job when the event happened. Thankfully, the insurance company has rejected the claim. However, a judge will have to rule on the issue.
