I believe there should be some mechanism in place that checks these cases to see the dumb ones never clog the court system. Too many people are lodging stupid claims in the hope that they will stike it rich. Either the person they are suing loses, and there have been some classics over the years, or they pay out of court to save the hassle. It is crazy in USA but now Australia is getting into the act. Unbelievable.

For the Wisc. man: throw the remote away and place the TV 15 feet from any chair.
For the Russian guy: Sue your Russian space agency. No that wouldn’t work because they would just shoot him…End of lawsuit.

I have a solution. Find as many people as we can and sue the court system in a class action lawsuit for mental distress over frivolous lawsuits!
