1. Chris is probably just a troll, happy to get the first comment. DFTT people. I’m black but i don’t validate him by feeling insulted- that would mean on some level I beleived him. Like if somone tried to insult me by calling me purple. Just imagine how excited he was when he saw we all responded to him as opposed to how frustrated and confused he’d be if no one even acknowledged him…pathetically checking his e-mail everyday.

2. This Lawsuit just shows how inept the government is at regulating its own laws and people. I’m not saying go communism or anything, but this guy pays to watch what he says is influencing and hurting him, and would probably go right back to it if he were able. There is another group of people who fit that discription: Drug addicts- and no one listens to them. So how did he manage to get a jury and everything?

Wow! Some of the people who have posted comments are just as retarded as the person suing NASCAR. WTF?? Misspellings, lack of punctuations, and let’s not forget the POS redneck “Junior KKK” member from the first comment. What’s funny is that fact that I see more WHITE trashy rednecks watch NASCAR more than anyone else, (not saying everyone who watches it is)I rarely see an African American watch NASCAR.

Orchiida-That’s the very attitude that causes some of these stupid lawsuits. Someone gets their feelings hurt and sues because there was a racial slur directed to them. Chris’s statement was wrong, period. Should someone sue over it? F**k No! Get over it, people get their feelings hurt on a daily basis, who cares? Well, these comments are interesting to say the least. Back to the story, this guy is an idiot. People need to be adults and take responsibility for their actions. This is the first time I have heard of someone being influenced to commit fraud. With all the racial comments, this group may also find this lawsuit filed against a famous singer interesting.
