This isn’t about a lawsuit, but it does involve a legal department and that’s close enough to us. Screw you, it’s a slow news day and I’ve got three hours to sleep. You don’t like it? Go spill some coffee on yourself at Wendy’s and call me.
According to CBS 13, a little girl who wrote a fan letter to Apple Computer got a cease and desist letter from their legal department.
The little girl, age 9, wrote a letter to Apple because she loved her iPod Nano so much, she wish she could dress it in a tuxedo and marry it.
She also sent them a list of ideas that she thought could make it better. She ended up getting a nasty letter from Apple warning her about sending them unsolicited ideas. The letter also reportedly told her that Santa didn’t exist and her mother didn’t love her.

are you kidding me? thats the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of! if this is true then the crators of Apple are ass’ and a boycott should be held against (Creative is much better anyways!)

Ok, what if this girl chooses to ignore this cease and desist letter? What are they gonna do? Sue the nine-year-old girl?
That will do more damage to Apple’s reputation than simply not putting out another Ipod!
