Randall Smith, a doctor in Oregon, convinced one of his patients that he could cure her lower back pain - by having sex with her! She thought it was a good idea, but alas, it did not cure the pain. She is suing his medical clinic for $4 million. Though the doctor pleaded guilty to submitting false health care claims, he does maintain that the sex was consensual.

…I’m not sure if reading all the other lawsuit’s affected me, but this doesn’t seem as dumb as the others. I admit, the woman was stupid for believeing it, but it’s even dumber that the doctor would argue that it was consensual. I mean it was, but it wasn’t for the right reasons. She wanted to get better, he wanted to get laid. I hope the doctor actually looses this one. There’s a fine line between an idiot and an immoral idiot.

Hey Doc, ya couldn’t have been very good otherwise she would’ve sued for only a million….
