There’s no lawsuit here, but anytime the words “Coca-Cola” and “lawsuit” are welded together in the same sentence, you just know the laughs are on the way. Except this time, the laughs are intentional.
Here’s a YouTube” video of a new series of ads featuring actors tricking Coca-Colas real lawyers into filing a fake lawsuit.
The lawsuit? Coke Zero tastes too much like real Coke and therefore, Coke Zero has infringed on regular Coke’s copyrights. What’s funny is how the lawyers are buying it. What’s even funnier is how easy it was for Coca-Cola to get some free advertising on so many blogs like mine. Heh…hey.

This monkey should have an asset protection structure in place and an offshore bank account. If not he could loose it all! You never know who is lurking about in the background looking for a good reason to make the old addage come true: “The money in your pocket is mine, I just need to find a way to get it out of your pocket!”
