Meet Johnathon Riches, a man who not only has one of the longest lists of frivolous lawsuits I’ve seen but also has one of the most inappropriate names in the world since my shop teacher, Mr. Hardwood.
According to Justia.com, Riches has filed an ungodly amount of lawsuits in his time. We’d count them but frankly I’d like to retain the use of my eyes and my brain.
He’s filed civil lawsuits against Jeffrey Dahlmer, possibly for violating the state’s health and food service laws.
He filed a lawsuit against Apple Computers for sexual harassment from Apple’s gadgets. It turns out the iShuffle wasn’t a musical suppository.
He also filed a copyright infringement suit against NASA for using his patents for jet fuel, space suits and moon rocks. It sounds like to me this guy doesn’t have the know-how to build a paper airplane letting alone a space shuttle that’s only good for taking up launch pad space.

Te really sad thing about all those suits eing filed is that there are some organizations that actually pay a settlement because the cost to try the case (and win) would be greater than a small settlement to get rid of the pain in the ass. And, walla, file some more.
