That’s right, I bet you thought just because a judge ruled against Judge Roy Pearson’s cleaning lawsuit that he would just take his pants and go home. No sirrye, Bob and Frank. He’s back and this time, he’s brought his pants with him.
According to the Wall Street Journal’s blog, Pearson has filed an appeal after a judge ruled against his million-dollar lawsuit against a cleaners that lost a pair of his pants.
He sent a notice to the Custom Cleaners’ attorneys saying that he intends to file a reconsideration and will ask the new judge to overturn the previous verdict. He will also ask the judge if he can make happy little bunnies fly and make the sun small enough so that he can carry it around in his pocket.
But it gets worse. The couple who own the cleaners’ posted their attorney’s fees, which amounts to over $83,000. Lady Justice wins again!
