They Write the Sad Songs

January 23rd, 2008 · 5 Comments

For years, the RIAA has been going after people for millions for something as simple as downloading a couple of songs. Now they are helping the world prove that not only is there a God, but he also loves us very very much.

According to the Register, the RIAA will have to pay back at least one of their victims for their frivolous lawsuits.

A judge in Oregon upheld a previous decision to not only award a single mother sued by the RIAA but maybe even some damages for seeking the case. Ahhh, sweet justice. It tastes just like cola with a hint of “Hell yeah!”

She claims the RIAA used “underhanded” tactics to investigate her including pretending to be her daughter’s grandmother on the telephone so they could talk to the little girl at school. My God, that would mean they actually ARE wolves.

The court dismissed the charges after the RIAA failed to prove that she downloaded the music and she filed a countersuit. She won. Satan cried.

Great info and right to the point. I don’t know if this is actually the best place to ask but do you folks have any thoughts on where to employ some professional writers? Thank you :)
