In Stamford, CT, a small 2 year old boy hurt himself on a playground. Common injury? Yes. Common result? No! The mother of the boy is suing the city for medical bills, pain and suffering, and an amount for lost wages as a child model. She plantiff claimed that the green railing her son crashed into was of poor design and its green color blended in with the shrubbery. Go figure.
