Vick Suits Up

August 1st, 2007 · 2 Comments

Michael Vick’s got a lot to worry about these days: his career, his image, his endorsement contract with Kibbles and Bits and Bits and Bits. Now he can add this little civil suit to the list.

According to the blog Above the Law, a federal inmate in South Carolina wants to file a federal suit against Vick for several constitutional violations and damages as high as $63,000,000,000. Man, he could build his own toilet winery with that kind of dough!

In the letter he wrote to the Eastern District of Virginia court, he claims Vick stole some dogs from him for his alleged dogfighting ring and then used the proceeds to purchase “missiles of the Iran government.” Somehow I doubt Vick has missiles unless the FBI uncovers his missile-fighting ring.

He also claims Vick used his identity to make purchases at pet stores and violated his copyrights by using his name on Michael Vick merchandise. There goes his Wackjob Inmate line of football jerseys. Shoot, and I was just working on my Christmas list.
