Here’s some good news for once: a pair of twin 10 year old boy became the youngest in history to enroll in a university. Unfortunately, it was cut short when they threw a temper tantrum in class and were kicked out because they shouldn’t have been enrolled in the first place. So they sued them for age discrimination. Come to think of it, this really isn’t good news, so just forget I said anything.
(From News.com.Au) — TWIN 10-year-old boys threw a tantrum today after being expelled from a Canadian university and are now seeking damages for age discrimination.
With the help of their mother, Sebastien and Douglas Foster filed a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission after the University of Ottawa expelled them from a course that looked at the environmental, political, and ethical issues raised by advances in science and technology.
The university said it made a mistake when it allowed the twins to enrol in the course in September.
“The expulsion had nothing to do with age,” said spokeswoman Sophie Nadeau.
Mrs. Nadeau added, “They were expelled because they dumped a whole truckload of fizzies into the swim meet. They delivered cadavers to the alumni dinner. Every Halloween, the trees are filled with underwear. Every spring, the toilets explode.”
The kids weren’t allowed to enroll because they did not have a high school diploma. Lazy brats.
But the family didn’t accept the school’s explanation so they sued for age discrimination. I wonder if this sets a precident for any of Anna Nicole Smith’s marriages. Who am I kidding? She obviously did go to college.

Sue the parents to recoup the finances lost during the processing of the invalid applications, plus the possible carpel tunnel syndrome that was produced in the data entry personel, plus what ever money is spent to save the public image of the university, with the stipulation that both kids get the snot beat out of em.

Bah, whose brilliant idea was it to enroll 10 year olds in college? 99999/100000 children aren’t mature enough for that, the university shouldn’t have taken them in the first place. Send the little bastards back to elementary, smack their parents and forget the whole thing, I’d say.

I really cant stand little kids and, if they are only 10 then they are not capable of thinking abstractly which is required for even high-school level algebra

I wonder how they managed to get in in the first place…
And whether the school planted those things to make an excuse to expell the boys ^^
