What happens when your florist accidentally send the receipt for some flowers for your girlfriend to your wife? You buy an industrial strength cup and then you sue the pants off of them.
According to the Houston Chronicle, a Houston man is suing 1-800-FLOWERS for doing just that.
He claims the mistake led to his divorce and ruined his life. He was married. His life was already ruined.
He’s suing the company for mental anguish, something he’ll have a difficult time proving was caused by the florist because…again, he was married.
Neither Mr. nor Mrs. Clinton could not be reached for comment.

that is messed up he should know that he was going to get caught CHEATING on his wife what a stupid person he is…..

HA HA HA , THIS MORON should have known not to use the same company to send flowers to his mistress and his wife.. He deserves what ever happened including a destroyed marriage for being stupid.. Now he wants to sue a company because he is half brain dead.. If I was the judge I WOULD THROW HIS CASE OUT!!
