… Uh, hello? You’re suing because some guy actually did his job to ensure the safety of everyone else that is surrounding you? You must not have sounded like you were joking about “the bomb” if someone panicked about it. Okay, I want both of these lawsuits to go to trial and be selected for the jury; jury foreman, if possible. After we jurors simply walked out and then directly back in (there is no thinking in these cases), the lawsuit would be summarily dismissed. Disneyworld and Florida (or California?) would then present their joint lawsuits against the individuals for defamation, loss of revenue, blah, blah, blah. And anyone who has been to Disneyland since and been subjected to a search can sue the idiot.. sorry, individual who “joked” about a bomb.
