Now it seems that bathing too much won’t just get you prune hands and a candidate for obsessive compulsive disorder, but it can also land you a hefty lawsuit.
DENVER (Denver Post) — Many people find the sound of running water soothing and peaceful.
Not Marvin and Goldie Smith, who have sued their neighbor over her 5 a.m. baths.
The couple, 83 and 78 respectively, live on the eighth floor of the Polo Club Condominiums near the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. They claim the water pipes they share with the woman below them vibrate so badly they can’t sleep through her early morning baths.
The bather – Shannon Peterson, a special education teacher in the Arvada public schools – can’t believe she’s being sued for bathing before leaving for work.
See? This is what happens when you old people “rights.” Wrinkled skin leads to wrinkled truths.
The couple are complaining that because Peterson is taking a 5 a.m. bath everyday to educate the special needs children of her community, they are not able to get the sleep they so preciously need every morning. What kind of lousy old people is this couple? They’re still in bed at 5 a.m. If we find out that they don’t have “Murder, She Wrote” on Laserdisc, they should have their elderly licenses revoked.
So instead of handling the situation like calm, normal, friendly neighbors, they sued her. Not only that but they got their attorney son, Sheldon, to sue her. They also tried to fix him up on a date with her.

Are we sure they didn’t try to get their son a date, and sue after the
intelligent and dedicated teacher decided their son was as big a looser
as they seem to be.
Why don’t they take naps like normal old people?
And why doesn’t their son get an honest job?
Then maybe he could get his own dates.

This elderly couple absolutely needs to learn tolerance!!
Maybe their son can’t find a date because he is as
intolerant & self centered as his parents?
Having said that however, please don’t blame ALL old
people, for this one couple’s mean spirits.
My father is 81 and is up and working himself every day
by 5 AM. Age alone is not the problem, this couple have
probably always been this way. It didn’t suddenly happen
just because they got old. Blame this one couple, not
their entire generation. “Nap like most old people”,
hey babe you’re hanging out with the wrong “old” people.!

my experience. They all believe that society owes them something for being

If they feel that they HAVE to sue someone (which in this case is really stupid)
why not sue the landlord, he’s the one who owns the crap plumbing), and in reality
if it’s so annoying why dont the old people let their children find them a nice retirement hom on 20/20?

This is so stupid. First of all if they were having promblems with the sounds of the
pipes they should of said something to the landlord about it, it is not her promblem that
the pipes squeak and rattled. She pays rent there and if she wants to take a shower
ever 30 minutes she should be able to. The judge should tell them old dumbass people that
they need to talk to their landlord and leave the school teacher alone.

Приветствую всех на отличном форуме
У меня возникла серьезный вопрос,это просто не выносимо.
Мой возлюбленный тратит все свободное время в интернете на двух сайтах(они популярны)…
Гулять почти не выходит, только до работы.)
НО я его сильно люблю и не смогу его потерять!!!
